Elder Life Management is a family support organization that works with families of elderly and disabled individuals who need extra help in managing everyday challenges. We work through an interdisciplinary team (ID Team) approach with other professionals within the community to ensure appropriate care and financial management is given.
Elder Life Management (ELM) works hand in hand with the family and other professionals to meet the needs of clients served. We operate as a client centered family support organization to facilitate the best possible care and treatment of the client and their total estate.
In addition, we offer conflict resolution through mediation and other sources to help families through the decision processes needed to best care for an aging or disabled family member.
